Fun ways to support Nicole’s House

Change for Change to benefit Nicole’s House

September is Recovery Month. This is a time to celebrate permanent sobriety and to raise awareness for one year, faith based transitional living program. In four years Nicole’s House has served 40 women. Thirty of those women remain sober today, and are contributing members in their communities. Here’s how you can help celebrate and assist us in continuing to provide these services.

Ask your home church to participate in this September, Recovery month activity. We will deliver the ‘change cups’ prior to our Sunday September 11th kick off. Then on Sunday, September 11, you can pick up your ‘change cup’ from your home church. Take it home with you. During the rest of the month of September, put your lose change in the cup daily. You may even want to forfeit a day or a week’s worth of coffee, a meal, or some other guilty pleasure. You will be surprised how the change and single bills will add up! On Sunday, October 2, you may return your ‘filled’ cup to your home church, or bring it to Nicole’s House between 2-4 p.m. At that time, we will be celebrating a graduation of one of our residents, so you can bring your money and congratulate our resident at the same time. Isa 42:22 “But these are a people beaten and plundered; many of them made a spoil, trapped or hidden away in caves or prisons; with none to say RESTORE “ Thank you in advance for helping us to help our residents to become RESTORED

thank you for your support
